> MISSION BRIEF: JEH³ Systems LLC ("Company") complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content hosted or transmitted via the JEH³ Tactical AI Ops Console infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below. This policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for responding to such claims.

1. DMCA NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes ALL of the following elements:

  • Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, physical address, email address, and phone number
  • Identification of Copyrighted Work: Identify the copyrighted work you claim is infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list
  • Location of Infringing Material: Identify the specific content you claim is infringing with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it within our systems (URLs, file names, user accounts, etc.)
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for electronic signatures)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Only submit a notice if you have a good-faith belief that content is infringing.

2. SUBMIT NOTICES TO DMCA AGENT

3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • 1.Review the Notice: Verify that the notice meets all DMCA requirements
  • 2.Remove or Disable Access: Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • 3.Notify the User: Provide the user who posted the content with a copy of the notice (including your contact information)
  • 4.Wait for Counter-Notice: If the user files a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless you notify us that you have filed a court action

REPEAT INFRINGERS: We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. DMCA COUNTER-NOTICE

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent.

Your counter-notice must include ALL of the following:

  • Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, physical address, email address, and phone number
  • Identification of Material: Identify the content that was removed or disabled and its prior location (URL, file name, etc.)
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Eastern District of North Carolina if you are located outside the U.S.)
  • Accept Service of Process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice (or their agent)
  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE A COUNTER-NOTICE

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will:

  • 1.Forward to Complainant: Send a copy of the counter-notice to the party who filed the original DMCA notice
  • 2.Notify of Restoration: Inform the complainant that we will restore the content in 10-14 business days unless they file a court action seeking an injunction
  • 3.Restore Content: If no court action is filed, we will restore the removed content after 10-14 business days

⚠️ CAUTION: Submitting a false or fraudulent counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Only submit a counter-notice if you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

TERMINATION: We reserve the right to terminate user accounts, disable access, or take other appropriate action against users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
