ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• ✗Violating Laws: Using the Platform to violate any federal, state, local, or international law, regulation, or court order
• ✗Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access systems, data, networks, or accounts without authorization; hacking, phishing, or credential theft
• ✗Malware & Harmful Code: Uploading, distributing, or executing viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, or any malicious software
• ✗System Disruption: Overwhelming systems with traffic (DDoS), disrupting services, or degrading Platform performance
• ✗Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the Platform or its models
• ✗Fraud & Deception: Generating AI content intended to mislead, defraud, or impersonate others without consent
• ✗Harassment & Abuse: Threatening, harassing, abusing, or intimidating users, staff, or any person
• ✗Spam & Manipulation: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, manipulating systems for unfair advantage, or gaming metrics

2. CONTENT STANDARDS

You agree NOT to upload, create, generate, or distribute content that:

• ✗Is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights
• ✗Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or revenge content
• ✗Advocates violence, terrorism, extremism, or harm to individuals or groups
• ✗Violates copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
• ✗Involves child exploitation or abuse in any form (CSAM/CSEM)
• ✗Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics
• ✗Facilitates illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking, or other criminal activity
• ✗Contains graphic violence, gore, or content designed to shock or disturb

3. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & AI ETHICS

• ▸Accuracy & Attribution: Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created when disclosure is required by law, regulation, or professional ethics
• ▸Professional Standards: Attorneys, CPAs, and other licensed professionals must comply with applicable rules of professional conduct when using the Platform
• ▸Verification: You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all AI-generated outputs before use
• ▸Client Confidentiality: Do not upload confidential client information without proper authorization and safeguards

4. SYSTEM INTEGRITY & SECURITY

The Platform includes security measures, logging, integrity checks, and operational monitoring. You agree NOT to:

• ✗Disable, evade, or circumvent security features, access controls, or rate limits
• ✗Interfere with logging, monitoring, or integrity verification systems
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to backend systems, databases, or infrastructure
• ✗Exploit vulnerabilities or security flaws (report them responsibly to opsec@jeh3.com)
• ✗Use the Platform to mine cryptocurrency, perform unauthorized computational tasks, or abuse resources

5. COMPETITIVE USE RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• ✗Use the Platform to develop, train, or improve competing AI products or services
• ✗Scrape, extract, or systematically download outputs to build a competing database or service
• ✗Reverse-engineer models, prompts, or workflows to replicate Platform functionality
• ✗Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization

6. ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• ⚠️Warning and required corrective action
• ⚠️Temporary suspension of access
• ⚠️Permanent account termination
• ⚠️Removal or deletion of User Content
• ⚠️Referral to law enforcement authorities
• ⚠️Legal action for damages and injunctive relief

JEH³ reserves the right to take any necessary action to maintain security, protect users, and ensure compliance with this AUP and applicable law.

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
