END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

JEH³ Systems LLC | Tactical AI Ops Console

> MISSION BRIEF: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and JEH³ Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the JEH³ Tactical AI Ops Console software and any related applications, interfaces, or modules (collectively, the "Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal professional or business purposes.

LICENSE SCOPE: This license permits you to use the Software as an end user in accordance with the documentation and usage guidelines provided. You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the Software to third parties.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You agree NOT to:

  • ✗Copy or Modify: Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
  • ✗Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, algorithms, or trade secrets
  • ✗Transfer Rights: Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights under this EULA to any third party
  • ✗Circumvent Protections: Circumvent technical protections, usage limits, rate limits, or security controls
  • ✗Violate Laws: Use the Software in violation of applicable law or professional rules of conduct
  • ✗Extract Data: Systematically download, scrape, or extract data or outputs to build competing databases or services

3. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This EULA does NOT grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, logos, or other proprietary branding. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by JEH³ Systems LLC.

4. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS

We may modify or update the Software from time to time, including by adding, changing, or removing features. Some updates may occur automatically without additional notice.

  • ▸Security Patches: Critical security updates may be applied automatically to protect system integrity
  • ▸Feature Updates: New features and enhancements may be rolled out incrementally
  • ▸Acceptance: Your continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Software

5. TERM & TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Use.

ON TERMINATION: You must immediately:

  • •Cease all use of the Software
  • •Destroy or delete any copies of the Software in your possession or control
  • •Return or destroy any confidential materials provided by JEH³

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, the above exclusions may not apply to you, and warranties may be limited to the minimum period required by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this EULA is limited as set out in the Terms of Use.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Where applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

VENUE: Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Use, including mandatory arbitration where applicable.

9. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

The Software may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and not to export, re-export, or transfer the Software in violation of such laws.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & AMENDMENTS

This EULA, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software.

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
